We are already paying council tax like every other citizens in the country and how unfair is to ask for more?
I hope that the council will take over this and solve the problem.
When already paying for council tax this is another strain on families who are just trying to survive.
This is an open & serious fraud on common people. Hope Gov looks at it seriously without further delays.
